SM in SRP Cebu will give birth to another City in which the conceptual design for SM Prime’s “at least Php20 billion” development at the South Road Properties is now finally revealed!

First to be developed are the shopping mall and the Church before the convention center, 10 residential towers, 2 hotel towers, a hospital building, a school building, and 7 towers in the future for office/residential use. Also, an SM Residential and Hotel Towers are conveniently linked to the new SM Mall building!
